BELARUS 1021.3 The versatile all-wheel drive 107 hp category 1.4 tractors are designed for a wide range of operations: i.e. from preparing the soil for sowing to harvesting and other carrying operations. They can be used for forestry, municipal, and building industry purposes. The tractors are fit for operating in different climatic zones and can be exploited in the aqueous soil.
The characteristic feature of the tractors is reliability and economic efficiency at low operating costs and high productivity. The versatility and high link ability of the tractors support the building-block approach to wide-cut and combined category 1.4 machines as well as the majority of the category 2.0 machines.

Versatile, on the basis of the hydraulic ram with two vertical cylinders hydraulic hitch allows the building-block approach with force, position, and combined control. A perfect access to the hydraulic hitch control device and the service cylinders. The rear three-point hitch mechanism construction allows to regulate the operating vertical position of a towing device relative to the tractor, horizontal regulating by means of the drop link, a rigid fixation and free movement of the towing device by means of stretching the linear rods and due to a slot in the drop link, which allows to operate wide-cut equipment for copying the field’s relief. The auxiliary adjustment of the towing devices is designed for the building-block approach to the whole equipment complex. The hydraulic hitch system is adapted to the consumption of both domestic and foreign production oil.

Portal-type, with a limited slip differential, planetary bevel reduction gears and two-bearing steering knuckles, a strong axle beam for the adjustment of various loading and front hitch mechanisms.
Due to the front driving axle in combination with wide-section front driving wheels (tires 360/70R24) the mounting capacity of the axle increases, which enlarges the sphere of exploitation of the tractor.
Friction-type clutch with electro-hydraulic control allows to engage the axle under load and ensures three operating modes:
Service and parking: dry, disk-type. Trailer-brakes drive: pneumatic, locked with the tractor brakes control (optional: double-line).
700-W generator with 14-V rectified voltage, 12-V starting system with 4-kW starter and electric torch preheater. Optional: 24-V starting system with 6-kW starter and starting device with aerosol fluid.
Comfortable, safe (ROPS), complies with OECD requirements, with air filtering and heating, slot frameless side windows, rear window and roof hatch, electric wipers for windscreen and rear window, modern dashboard with indicators and instruments that control tractor systems operation.
The top is removable. It opens by means of lifting mechanisms and is equipped with a latching mechanism and a handrail.
The cab’s interior is designed with the application of molded upholstery and panels. Noise-absorbing mastics and upholstery provide the acoustic and thermal insulation and moisture absorbing.
The efficient ventilation and heating systems are designed in such way that the air intake is realized via the cab’s top. The technical characteristics of the filters guarantee a perfect and entire air cleansing.
The modern dashboard is equipped with indicating devices that check the operation process of the tractor’s systems.
The control station is placed on the right side of the operator. It provides the levers control, manual fuel feed, the control of the hydraulic ram, rear PTO, and automatic block system. A handy and safe-placed step plate allows a comfortable access to the work place.

The tractor is equipped with 6 connecting slots for operating hydroficated equipment by means of high-pressure hosepipes. Besides, it is possible to select the hydraulic fluid for operating the hydromotors of the equipments attached to the tractor.
