BELARUS 1523 tractor is a result of a system approach to the designing of tractors with required technical and exploitation characteristics. BELARUS 1523 is a range of high-powered tractors designed for general purpose operating in agricultural industry. They may be exploited in combination with the agricultural machinery with draught resistance more than 22 kN.

The tractors of this series can be efficiently exploited at cultivating row crops by a special technology, i.e. a widened track for an easy movement of the tractor.

BELARUS 1523 tractors are the vehicles the user may exploit over the year without any demurrage costs, due to high power capacity, versatility, and high functioning capacity.

Due to special weight and dimension characteristics (weight and linear base) and standard equipment for a basic and auxiliary building-block approach the tractors can be efficiently exploited at power-consuming operations in combination with various tillage machines with both passive and active operating elements.

BELARUS 1523 is a multi-purpose tractor. A modern building-block approach system including various devices for adjustment and power transmission provides the functional capacity of the tractor.

The tractor is equipped with rear and front (optional) three-point hitch devices of a high loading capacity. The control-rods are equipped with quick-adjustment devices that provide an efficient attachment of the machinery with knuckles (the size according to category 3 and category 2) by means of autonomous knuckles replacement. Besides, the tractor may be equipped with auxiliary towing devices of different kinds, including those for the building-block approach to the machinery of more than 10 tons of weight. The tractor is equipped with a lifting device that supports the mounting of different height alternating towing devices. The guide of the lifting device allows the mounting of towing devices produced by different engineering companies.

The hitch device drop link provides a special control of wide-cut machinery for better copying of the field's relief (cultivators, seeding machines). A powerful hydraulic system with an electromagnetic control device guarantees an efficient control of the rear hitch mechanism. It allows to lift and to lower the lower rods with the help of the external control post on the rear fenders. The towing and hitch mechanisms on the tractors BELARUS comply with the international standard requirements, which guarantees the building-block approach to different equipments and machines exploited in many countries.

All tractors of this series are equipped with hydraulic connecting areas that can be used for providing a hydrostatic drive for the equipments.

The rear and front (optional) PTO provide a mechanical drive for the equipment (active semi-trailers, planting machines, rotary cultivators, mowing-machines, pumping machines, etc.). Some kinds of the equipment may be mounted directly on the PTO without a cardan shaft (reduction gears, hydraulic pumps, etc.).

A wide range of towing and hitch mechanisms together with the PTO in different locations allows to form an optimal machinery combination for any customer and for a wide sphere of exploitation. The tractors may efficiently operate common and turnwrest ploughs with the coverage up to 3 meters (4-6 sections) depending on the soil and climate conditions.

BELARUS 1523 tractors may be adapted to a long-hours reverse operating by means of the readjustment of the control station in the reverse operating mode.

While row-crop cultivating the wheels of the tractor can be doubled with the help of a spacer. The wheel doubling with the help of a spacer as well as with the backup wheel hub supports low surface pressure. In its turn, it allows to omit exploiting additional combined implements, which guarantees the increase of the fields' crop capacity and decrease in power inputs.
